Prix de Rome
Prix de Rome var et fransk kunstnerstipendium, der blev oprettet i 1663 under Ludvig XIV. Prisen blev uddelt af L'Académie royale de peinture et de sculpture i form af et årligt stipendium til unge lovende kunstnere indenfor maleri, skulptur, arkitektur og litografi. I 1803 blev musik (komposition) tilføjet.
