Bredbånd

Com Hem tilbyder bredbånd på op til 24 Mbit/s. Com Hem planlægger at opgradere til den nye standard Euro DOCSIS 3.0 i foråret 2007. når det nye system indføres kan Com Hem tilbyde en forbindelse på 600 Mbit/s.

HDTV

Com Hem startede sine HD-sendinger d. 12. december 2006 og tilbød sine kunder en ny digital HD set-top-box. Boxen er en Humax CXHD-1000C. Modsvarende model anvendes blandt andet af Premiere i Tyskland. Boxen kan håndtere videokodning med MPEG-2 og MPEG-4 standard.

Boxen er tilegnet Com Hem´s net, og indeholder funktioner som TV-Guide og automatisk opdatering af kanaler. Humax CXHD-1000C er udstyret med en HDMI udgang til HD Ready skærme og for at få bedre lyd er der en SPDIF-udgang til Dolby Sorround. Af HD kanalerne er der:
