Leixões Sport Club (normalt bare kendt som Leixões S.C. eller bare Leixões) er en portugisisk fodboldklub fra byen Matosinhos. Klubben spiller i den bedste portugisiske liga, og har hjemmebane på Estádio do Mar. Klubben blev grundlagt i 1907, og står noteret for en enkelt titel, nemlig sejr i den portugisiske pokalturnering i 1961.
