Land Hadeln er en Samtgemeinde (fælleskommune eller amt) i den tyske delstat Niedersachsen. Administrationen ligger i byen Otterndorf. Den blev oprettet 1. januar 2011 ved en sammenlægning af de tidligere Samtgemeinden Hadeln og Sietland.
